Wisteria in late spring
Lilac purple like your heart
Falling
Falling
Embroidering the front lawn
You won’t leave now
You can’t
Your heart embedded in our garden
Will rot with my tears
Or burn in the summer sun

Wow! Very powerful, Cassa.

“Your heart embedded in our garden”. So melancholy yet beautiful. This line reminds me of my dog, who sadly passed away at 4 years old. Always running in my yard, he’ll always be part of my garden. 😦

😳 I am so sorry about Coda’s passing. It’s so devastating to lose him at 4. I am very very sorry to hear that. 🫂
