Everything is spinning
out of control.
I rather be angry.
In that way,
at least,
I can do something
about whatever
that is eating me up.
The alternative
is sadness,
and that renders me
powerless.
It surely
will finish me.

I agree. Sadness kills and the comfort after being angry is heaven. 😀 Devil speaks here.

Hurt people hurt people. It’s easier to be angry than to be sad at times.

I love the picture, I try and be careful with my anger because I am honest and sometimes people say things that I just can’t believe some one could or would be so insensitive to other’s feelings. So I do get sad more than I should. Great writing Cassa. Big hugs and love, Joni
