No doesn’t always mean
I Don’t want to
It means
I can’t right now
Timing is everything
It’s ok to say no
The world shouldn’t
panalise you
just because
you put yourself first
instead of being the giver
keeps on giving
without reservation
It’s ok to say no
Self preservation gives space
to restore, rejuvenate
and be a more cheerful giver
Love one another
Self love comes first
for the benefit of
loving others
Stop Revive Survive

There are those moments when we just can’t do anything, and it’s ok.

Very relatable. I’ve struggled with that a bit, admittedly. It’s hard to say no, but sometimes being able to recharge a bit is important.

Two of very hard things, we must learn. One, how to say no. And the most important. We must like who we see in the mirror. Seek our dreams, not the ones, forced on you. A outstanding poem dear Cassa.
